Stravinsky’s witty and poignant setting of the Faust legend in which a hapless young soldier trades his violin to the devil is presented here in in a brilliant new staging by the Worcester Repertory Company.

Appalachian Spring stands as possibly the greatest and most beloved piece of American classical music. Copland’s masterpiece tells the story of a young couple in small town America preparing to preparing to embark on a new life together. Written as a ballet for the legendary Martha Graham, the dancers of Academy Theatre Arts join the ESO for a rare complete staging of this seminal work.
