A 3 day festival celebrating the life and music of Edward Elgar during the weekend of his birthday (2nd June). This is a Worcester-based, featuring Worcester-based choirs, conductor and orchestra, and forms part of the City’s celebrations leading up to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

The festival launch event is a talk by Dr Donald Hunt examining Elgar’s Royal connections, a theme of the Festival in the lead-up to Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee.
